The Varta V27A is a small cyclindrical 12v battery used in key fob, garage door openers and security systems. Each manufacturer has a different part number for these batteries and other equivalents to the V27A are GP27A, L828, MN27, 27A.
There two similar tiny 12V alkaline batteries, the V27A which is 8mm diameter by 28mm tall, whilst the bigger version 23A is 10mm in diameter and the same height.
