Shipping & Returns

UK Mainland Shipping

All orders received by us are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Post, Next Day Carrier and pallets via our nominated nationwide next day carrier.

Although we have no minimum order, orders received that are under £50 plus VAT will be subject to our standard delivery charge of £5.00 plus Vat.

We aim to despatch all orders on a next day basis no matter how late in the day. However, if your order is urgent it would assist us if it could be placed as early in the day as possible (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).

If you require a timed delivery or Saturday delivery, please contact us directly for a price. This is simply the cost price from our carriers at the time.

Offshore UK Shipping (including Northern Ireland, IOM, Scottish Isles, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands)

All orders received are shipped using Royal Mail or our courier or carriers. Although there is no minimum order, orders received under £50 plus vat are subject to a minimum carriage charge of £5.00 at checkout. However, offshore orders will be subject to additional carriage charges at cost. e.g. if your order costs £15.00 to deliver we will need to contact you for an additional £10.00 carriage.

Orders received over £50 plus vat will not incur any carriage charges at checkout but will be subject to an additional carriage charge at cost. e.g. if your orders costs £15.00 to deliver we will need to contact you for an additional £15.00 carriage. We will be able to confirm carriage charges once we know the weight of your order.

Returns

Items incorrectly ordered by customer

If you receive items which you have ordered incorrectly and do not wish to keep, these will need to be returned to us within 14 days. They must be returned unopened in their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories in an unused and re-saleable condition. In this instance, please contact us before returning items so that we can issue a returns number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your returns. Items should be returned using a secure method which requires a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will either issue a credit note if the goods were purchased on account or refund the cost of the item through Worldpay. We will not refund any postage or delivery charge in an instance where goods were ordered incorrectly. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in a credit note or refund being delayed.

Items received damaged

If you receive items in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return these to us within 7 days. They must be returned with their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories. You will need to contact us for a returns number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will either despatch replacement items free of charge, issue a credit note on your account or refund your payment through Worldpay. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in the resolving of any problem being delayed.

Returning faulty items

Should any items you item develop a fault within the warranty period applicable to each manufacturer, you will need to return it to us. Please contact us for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your returns. Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Faulty items will either be repaired or replaced under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. If agreed, we may also issue a credit note or refund the cost of the faulty item through Worldpay.
