All orders received are shipped using Royal Mail First Class Post or Next Day Carriers. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm the same day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Not including Bank Holidays).
Smaller, lightweight orders are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger, heavier orders are sent by Next Day Carriers.
There is no minimum order at GranadaBatteries.co.uk.
GranadaBatteries.co.uk offer Free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £50 plus vat.
Orders received under £50 plus vat are subject to a delivery charge based on the weight of the shopping basket. Delivery charges start as low as 84p plus vat. These charges are shown as you add products to your basket when you are logged into your account.
If you require a timed delivery or a Saturday delivery, please contact us directly for a price. This is simply the cost price from our carriers at the time.
Offshore UK Shipping (Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands)

Returns
Items incorrectly ordered by customer
If you receive items which you have ordered incorrectly and do not wish to keep, these will need to be returned to us within 14 days. They must be returned unopened in their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories in an unused and re-saleable condition. In this instance, please contact us before returning items so that we can issue a returns number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your returns. Items should be returned using a secure method that requires a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will refund the cost of the item through Worldpay. We are not able to refund any postage or delivery charge in an instance where goods were ordered incorrectly. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in a refund being delayed.
Items received damaged
If you receive items in a damaged condition, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return these to us within 7 days. They must be returned with their original packaging, complete with instructions and all additional items or accessories. You will need to contact us for a returns number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your parcel. Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Upon receipt of the damaged items, we will dispatch replacement items free of charge. Items returned to us without a returns number may result in a delay resolving the problem.

If items received by you have been dispatched incorrectly, please contact us so we can arrange for the correct goods to be sent and organize the return of the incorrect goods.
Returning faulty items
Should any items you purchase develop a fault within the warranty period applicable to each manufacturer, you will need to return it to us. Please contact us for a returns reference number which should be clearly written on the outside of the box or packaging to enable us to track your parcel. Items should be returned using a secure method requiring a signature as we cannot be liable for items lost in transit. Faulty items will either be repaired or replaced under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. If you would prefer a refund please contact us.
